Today’s special from my mother’s kitchen is a simple, yummy and healthy treat to delighten your taste buds!
- 1 pack cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 mango peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup pineapple diced
- 1/4 cup strawberries sliced
- 1/4 cup grapes sliced
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 carrot (boiled and diced)
- In a chilled bowl cream and sugar.
- Fold all the fruits and carrot slowly into the cream.
- Garnish with strawberries.
- Place in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Serve when cold.
