* Stay hydrated:

It is a tip that the more you keep your body hydrated the youngest you will seem. In taking much water is the perfect way to keep away with impurities in your skin, and get rid of waste and toxins from your system. Thus ensure that you in take 8-10 glasses of water each day.

* Avoid exposure to the sun:

Even though shopping and celebrations are a great element of the wedding season, but it is good to keep away from a lot direct contact to sunlight. The sun’s powerful UV rays can harm your skin texture and make you gaze dull and suntanned. * CTM is a must:

It is necessary that a person must do CTM — cleansing, toning, moisturizing — one time a day. You can use milk for cleansing, a good toner as said by your skin kind and olive oil for moisturizing your skin.

* Say no to hot water for bathing:

Try to just use warm water than hot water for bathing because hot water leads to the elimination of skin oils which makes it dry.
