Ajay Devgan starrer ‘Drishyam’ collects 42.78 Crore within a week108 views
MUMBAI: Veteran actor Ajay Devgan’s flick ‘Drishyam’ had earned 42.78 within six days of its release and breaks the record of ‘Badlapur’ and ‘Roy’.
The story of the movie revolves around a simple cable operator named as Vijay Salgaonkar (Ajay Devgan) in a small nondescript village, where he lives with his wife and two daughters and tried to protect his family from the dark side of the law after they commit an unexpected crime.
The movie is being directed by Nishikant Kamat and written by Jeethu Joseph and Upendra Sidhaye. Made at a cost of 67 Crore, the movie hasn’t earned as much as what was expected from the movie.
The lead cast of the movie includes Shriya Saran, Tabu, Ishita Dutta, Himanshu Joshi, Rajat Kapoor and Prathamesh Parab.
