Bachaana would be second major release of 2016

The story of upcoming Pakistani film Bachaana seems similar to the story of Bollywood megastar Salman Khan’s hit Bajrangi Bhaijaan. As the trailer of Bachaana has been released this shows that an Indian girl gets stranded in an alien country before a Pakistani man comes to her rescue.

Director Nasir Khan made fun and stated, when he was present at the launch of the trailer of the movie that the just parallel audiences are bound to discover between the two films are that “In Bajrangi Bhaijaan, they helped return a little girl to Pakistan. In Bachaana, we’re returning a fully grown girl to India,”

The releasing date of the movie has been announced. It will hit the cinemas on 26 February and this would be second major release of 2016. Having earmarked a release date for February 26, the movie is all set to be the second major release of the calendar year. Khan is very excited and hopeful about his romantic-comedy movie and shared his comments as, “I have been working on this for the past three years. Visualizing it in my head first, and then planning for it on paper before moving onto its production. So right now I have only one wish – that audiences finally see the movie,”

Bachaana is one of the few films which is filmed abroad and has a foreign location. Khan was elaborating that why his production team selected Mauritius for shooting, “We could have also gone to Bangkok but when we visited Mauritius we fell in love with the place. And if audiences get to make a trip to Mauritius for just Rs400, what’s so bad about it?’’ he further added that “The location plays an important part. Mauritius is a small country with a small population. At night, it gets really quiet over there and the sort of problems and situations they get into are complemented by the nature of the place.”

The eminent television Pakistani actors Mohib Mirza, Sanam Saeed and Adeel Hashmi will be seen in totally different style to amuse the audience. The cast and crew have worked hard to give a new revival to the Pakistani cinema.

The well known leading actress from the famous drama serial Zindagi Gulzar Hai stated that “It’s really fun to see myself and Mohib in a different avatar. Not so serious, not so angry, not crying; just really being silly and laughing,”
