Cambridge English Language Assessment’ Symposium In Lahore115 views
LAHORE: Cambridge English Language Assessment, a part of University of Cambridge, with the collaboration of Institute of Career Development (ICD) celebrated the growing recognition of Cambridge English Language Certifications at a symposium held on 30th July, 2015 at Avari Hotel Lahore.
Ms. Andrea Mckay, Head of Assessment Services of Cambridge English for MENAT, hosted the symposium and she shared her experience of working with Pakistani organizations with the aim to enhance the educational prospect for Pakistani students and highlighted the advantages of passing a Cambridge English Exam.
The distinguished speakers who graced the occasion include Dr. Osamah Qureshi (Director, Institute of Career Development) , Izhar Hussain (Director, Center for Executive Education, IBA Karachi), Amir Baig (School Sector Manager, Cambridge English Pakistan), Ms. Munira Akhtar (Beaconhouse Lahore) and Ms. Shazia Gillani (Examiner & Trainer of Business English Certificate) and briefed about BEC, CAE, CELT and EMI certifications of Cambridge English.
The Cambridge English Certifications now have a stamp of approval from Top Pakistani universities. As a large number of Pakistani students gaining internationally recognized qualifications in English, the speakers in this event also explained that how can these students can get benefit by having Cambridge English Qualifications.
In the end, Ms. Andrea McKay honored the speakers by awarding shields to them in appreciation of their services.
