Country director of UNDP Pakistan says goodbye643 views
ISLAMABAD: Country Director of UNDP Pakistan Marc-André Franche spent his last day in Islamabad on Saturday.
“As I leave tomorrow after almost 4 years in Pakistan, I want to say thank you for the hospitality, for making me feel so much at home here in Pakistan but also for the opportunity to learn and to discover this amazing country,” Franche said in a video message posted on social media.

“I leave with an immense sense of hope because I know Pakistanis have the capacities, the resources and the wealth to bring this country forward and I know that with the right kind of leadership and with the right kind of consensus Pakistan can achieve the sustainable development goal. Thank you very much and Khuda Hafiz,” he said in a farewell message.
