Fit frame Shilpa Shetty

Indian movie actress, producer and former model, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, recognized for her fit structure, states that when she joined the film industry most of the actors weren’t much into working out.

40-year-old Bollywood actress said that “Nowadays everybody is fit, but when I joined the industry, it was rare to see actresses who were working out. At that time, they wanted you to be a bit ‘hari bhari’ (fuller), and they used to say, ‘What is this? You are looking so lean like a toothpick,’” Shilpa stated that “So I’ve had producers who wanted me to put on weight.”

A query was asked from Shilpa concerning the weight loss of Bollywood young actress Parineeti Chopra, who debuted in the film Ishaqzaade, and she was rather contented regarding her alteration. The eminent actress has the view that we are living in a time where people are conscious regarding the significance of fitness and there are a lot of paths of attaining that. Shilpa further stated that “It’s very important to bring awareness to the fact that whether you have time for any kind of fitness regime or not, you can still improve your health with a good diet,”

She has launched her book named, The Great Indian Diet, she considers that it’s good to control pressure well.

She further stated that “It’s all about viewpoint when it comes to stress. There are some people who stress about not having stress. My life’s mantra has been that the worst things and the best things, both are going to pass and that’s how life is going to be. So you have to be who you are with a positive approach and gratitude that you have good health.”

Her presentations in the films Rishtey (2002) and Phir Milenge (2004) were appreciated.
