Irfan eyes a comeback in ODIs, T20 against Sri-Lanka



Pakistan’s attacking fast-bowler Muhammad Irfan said that he’s hopeful that he will be recalled for the five match one day series and T20 matches against Sri-Lanka next month.

The seven-feet one-inch tall ace bowler Irfan said that his biggest regret of international career is when he missed out the all important knockout game against Australia in the quarter-finals of World Cup 2015 due to a stress fracture injury.

The 33 year-old Irfan said that he has regained his fitness and waiting to make a comeback in international cricket for the shorter format of game in Sri-Lanka. Currently Pakistan is playing a three match Test series against Sri-Lanka, after that both the Asian Giants will play a five match ODI series ans two T20 games.
