KFC Lands into Another Controversy after ‘Fried Rat’


HYDERABAD: The fast food giant Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) has landed into an another controversy just after ‘fried rat’ allegation as now bacteria have been found in food samples of its outlets of Indian city Hyderabad.

According to the tests reports of Telangana State Food Laboratory (SFL), out of 22 collected samples from several KFC branches, 5 have been found containing hazardous pathogens and bacteria.

On the other side KFC states that its a propaganda aimed to hurt their brand reputation as one surfaced recently in the states abut the alleged fried rat.

They also said that its not sure that the sample has been taken from the KFC outlets in actual or not.

The issue has been raised by NGO Andhra Pradesh Balala Hakkula Sangham, an organization working for the child rights.
