LHC Bans ‘Phantom’ Release as it’s Anti-Pakistan


LAHORE: Lahore High Court  has banned the release of bollywood film ‘Phantom’ as it contains anti-Pakistan content.

389662-phanto-ppsoterAccording to the details, LHC gave its verdict and wrapped up the petition filed by Ameer Jamat-ud-Dawa Hafiz Saeed, seeking ban on the release of Phantom.

It was stated in the petition that this Indian movie has content that provokes hatred against Pakistan and also some part of the movie shows a propaganda against our country.

‘Phantom’ starring the Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif is scheduled to release on next Friday 28th August.

It is pertinent to mention that Indian authorities have demanded Pakistan to hand over Hafiz Saeed to them after Mumbai Attacks as they think he was the main culprit behind that terrorist attack. Hafiz Saeed is also a hard core activist against India.
