Meet and Greet at Evergreen College

Evergreen College held a community meet and greet event where Mr. Arshad Mehmood Director and Founder of this college, he along with special guests spoke about their success to Pakistani Canadians of their work and what they are offering to Calgary.

Evergreen College is well known for upgrading and giving skilled training to students so they can get educated and also provides it in a very professional environment and where newly immigrated students feel welcomed. Evergreen College is recognized by the Government of Alberta and their graduates are placed in their field of education.

This event was attended by most prominent members of the Pakistani Canadian community and other nationalities. The most important part of the event was that Hon. Minister of Human Services Irfan Sabir blessed his presence and mingled with attendees and answered questions about government and how current government can help people in need, especially when are in deep recession, indeed his presence brought a very positivity in the gathering. Ms. Roop Rai who is running in the provincial bi election in Calgary Greenway attended the event she is the only candidate who attended the event.
