PM Modi phones PM Sharif, voices grief over Lahore incident


ISLAMABAD: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi Sunday phoned Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and conveyed his deep grief and sorrow over the Lahore blast incident.

The Indian Premier expressed solidarity with the Pakistani nation in this hour of grief, said PM Office media wing.

Modi said “coward terrorists have targeted females and kids which iss highly condemnable and regrettable.”

At least 65 people were killed and over 30 were wounded when a suicide bomber blew himself up at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park in Lahore.
