NEW YORK: United States Think Tanks have claimed that Pakistan will become the 3rd largest Nuclear state in terms of atomic weapons stockpile in the upcoming five to ten years.
Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and Stimson Center have predicted that in the next few years Pakistan will make 350 atomic weapons and thus will become the 3rd largest Nuclear State following Russia at (no. 1) and United States (no. 2).
Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and Stimson Center writes in their report about Pakistan and its neighbor country that Pakistan is making 20 atomic warheads annually and currently with having 120 Warheads it has left behind India in this technology that has 100 atomic war heads only.
It has been stated in the report, that Pakistan has assured the minimum deterrence in growing its atomic weapons stockpile and its highly-enriched uranium is beneficial for the country that is useful for quickly produce low-yield nuclear weapons.
