Pak’s largest cricket stadium is going to build1,567 views
A report recently released by Bahria Town has revealed that the construction design of Bahria Sports City’s Rafi Cricket Stadium has been accomplished. It will be Pakistan’s biggest cricket stadium which would have 50,000 seating capacity and its construction will be begun soon.
Bahria proclaimed the project two months ago and penned an agreement with GMP Germany for construction design. This stadium will have three-level and it is going to design in accord with ICC standards. The multifaceted will have a cricket academy in it which will have an international standard, gymnasium, swimming pool and hostels.
Well-known international players will be appointed at the cricket academy who will endorse local and international cricket. The sports academy will have two full size outside cricket fields and 12,000 square meters indoor sports and leisure facilities. The roomy region of land has been given which will be ample to park over 10,000 cars.
Ali Riaz Malik, who is the Bahria’s CEO, stated that the building of the biggest cricket stadium was a tribute to his organization.
Bahria Town has honored agreement of the stadium to a well-known German firm, GMP Architects, which has as well constructed an international cricket stadium at Dubai Sports City. In that way, Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik, who is the Bahria Town’s Chief Executive Officer, and Markus Pfisterer, who is GMP Architect, penned a contract in Dubai in February.
Ali Riaz was addressing in an event and stated that Bahria Town had the difference of launching the very contemporary facilities in Pakistan. He told that “It is an honor to build Pakistan’s largest cricket stadium in Karachi. The project will help in encouraging sports as well as tourism in the country,”
He stated that the actual land group will keep launching these kinds of projects, which are significantly valued by the general public. He continued by saying as, “Such projects will, Insha Allah, prove to be the best projects of the country,”
