Petroleum Prices expected to decrease by Rs 7.40/Litre112 views
ISLAMABAD: Oil and Gas Regulation Authority (OGRA) has suggested a cut in petroleum prices upto Rs 7.40 and a summary in this regard has been sent to Ministry of Petroleum.
According to the details, in the Petroleum Price Cut summary sent by OGRA, the price of High Speed Diesel suggested to decrease by Rs 7.40 /Litre , Petrol by Rs 6.14/Litre , Hi-Octane and Kerosene Oil by Rs 7/Litre and Light Diesel by Rs 6.48 /Litre .
After reviewing this summary, Ministry of Petroleum will be forwarded to the Finance Ministry and then it will be approved from Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif’s Office.
The new Petroleum Prices will came into effect from the start of next month (September 01, 2015).
Since the last year, the oil prices have gone down in the international market and people of Pakistan have also been given relief relatively.
