PIA crew to have a new polished look

ISLAMABAD: As part of efforts for revival of Pakistan International Airlines, authorities of the national flag carrier have decided to present the crew with a new and ‘polished look’.

In this regard, the PIA has acquired the guidance of country’s prominent fashion stylist Tariq Amin who conducted a workshop for a special new look of airhostesses.


“Simple, fresh & uniform: PIA crew to have a new polished look under the tutelage of grooming expert Tariq Amin,” said Danyal Gilani, the General Manager Public Affairs and official spokesperson of PIA, on Twitter.

The workshop, conducted by Tariq Amin, was attended by around 25 airhostesses.

PIA’s post Hajj flight operation concludes

The post Hajj flight operation of Pakistan International Airlines concludes on Sunday.

According to Spokesperson of PIA, the post Hajj operation of PIA for bringing Hujjaj back to the country from Madina has been completed.

The post-Hajj operation started on September 17. During this operation, 126 special Hajj flights were operated from Jeddah and Madinah Munawwara to 10 cities of Pakistan, which include Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Sukkur, Multan and Rahim Yar Khan.

Around 52,000 Hujjaj travelled back to their homeland in PIA’s post-Hajj operation.
