PM Nawaz’s Karachi Visit focused on discussing Green Line Transport


KARACHI: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif visited Karachi today that thought to aimed at consolidation of the Karachi heatwave victims, but it was not meant for actually.

Sources has learned that to take actions against those who responsible for not fulfilling their duties in the recent crisis that left 1200 people dead, was not PM Nawaz’s priority or the sole aim of his visit.

Mr. Nawaz Sharif had promised a green line rapid transit system for Karachi and it was the focal point of his visit to the city where still situation is appalling after more than lost their lives by heatwave and load-shedding.

During his meeting with Chief Minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah and other provincial officials he talked about the Green Line Project and in this short tour in the same session the participants were given briefing about the progress and terms and conditions on the project.
