Shocking! ‘Hate Story 3′ actress Surveen Chawla opens up about casting couch experience!



New Delhi: Bollywood actress Surveen Chawla recently spoke about one of the darkest sides of the showbiz industry – casting couch. The ‘Hate Story 3′ actress revealed that like many other celebrities, even she had faced casting couch in the entertainment world. However, she shares that her experience was one of that in the South Indian film Industry and luckily she hasn’t seen the ‘bad side’ of Bollywood as yet.

According to a report published in SpotboyE, Chawla was a victim of casting couch in the South India film industry but said she wasn’t game for it.

The actress also added that she hasn’t faced such an incident in Bollywood may be because of protective forces around her.

The actress will be seen next in Anil Kapoor starrer  TV show ’24 season 2.’

Surveen Chawla is an Indian actress, who is known for her performances in Bollywood and television. She was born on 16 July 1984 and belongs to Chandigarh, where her father is a businessman. She later moved to Mumbai to start her career in acting. Until her 10th standard she wanted to practice medicine, but she took up commerce in 12th and has done her graduation in arts. As per the reports, she will be seen in upcoming season of JDJ.

Surveen Chawla after shifting to Mumbai attended auditions for Balaji Telefilms. She was selected to play the role of Charu in Kahiin To Hoga. She was seen in the dance reality show Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena, opposite Indian cricketer S. Sreesanth. She made her film debut with Kannada film Paramesha Panwala. In 2011, she appeared in her first Punjabi film Dharti.

Surveen has done an item number in Sajid Khan directed 2013 film Himmatwala. Later she appeared in Anurag Kashyap’s thriller Ugly and Hate Story 2 which was her first women centric film. Then she appeared in song “Sawan Aya Hai” in film Creature 3D. Surveen has also hosted the reality show Comedy Circus Ke SuperStars. She has appeared in television commercials, magazine covers and print advertisements.
