Sidharth always guards his personal life



Sidharth Malhotra the emerging young Bollywood personality revealed that he favors to be guarded regarding his personal life.

The star from Kapoor & Sons who has come from a non-film background shared that how intricate it is for an artist to flourish in the amusement industry, where there is ruthless competition each day.

It was inquired that why he keeps reserved regarding his personal life, and Sidharth replied that “I am here for my work and my work speaks to my audience. At home, I am a private person and I like keeping it that way. Maybe that is why I come out as being guarded about my personal life.”

Admiration, though, inspires him to work harder. The Ek Villain continued by saying that “Since I started my career in Bollywood as an assistant director, I had the knowledge about how films are made and the kind of efforts that go into making one. The past four years in the industry have been spectacular.” He worked as a crew member of Karan Johar’s 2010 movie My Name Is Khan.


The 31-year-old actor has given hit movies worked like Hasee Toh PhaseeBrothers and Student of the Year among others. Sidharth replied on the question that why actors sign just one movie at a time these days, “It is very essential as an actor to be a perfectionist and have a knack for doing different roles over a period of time to keep their fans entertained.” He wants to concentrate on one script at a single time and do fairness to the role and the film he signs.

Whether it is Abhimanyu Singh from Student of the Year, Guru Pratap Singh from Ek Villain or Arjun Kapoor from Kapoor & Sons, Sidharth has generally portrayed roles with a romantic strip. Then it was asked that why nowaday’s movies in the romantic type are not capable to outdistance Bollywood’s blockbusters of yesteryears, for example Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge and Maine Pyaar Kiya, Sidharth explained, “Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge and Maine Pyaar Kiya are forever favourite Bollywood classics. Though, we have witnessed a change in the audience preferences for versatile scripts.”

He thinks that the viewers nowadays is much open to eccentric stories and roles and has the choice to discover diverse content.

At present, Sidharth is busy with his imminent movie Baar Baar Dekho, which is directed by Nitya Mehra, with co-actor Katrina Kaif. He will moreover be witnessed with actor Jacqueline Fernandez for another movie.
