Tiger: Willing to charge less for Pakistani film1,529 views
Tiger Shroff, the eminent young Bollywood actor, is too much willing to work in a Pakistani movie; even he will charge less money just to give back to his Pakistani supporters.
He told it in a video conference on Monday in Lahore, in advance of the imminent release of his movie Baaghi. Sabbir Khan, from Heropanti and also director of the upcoming movie, was sitting beside him and the actor vigorously articulated his love for Pakistani audiences.
He told as, “I am ready to work in a Pakistani film if a good opportunity comes my way. I will even give a 10% discount to the producers in this connection,” he further added, “I know there are Pakistani viewers who have given me a lot of appreciation and this is my way of giving back to them.” He thinks that the triumph of his debut movie, Heropanti, was based greatly on the Pakistani fans and guaranteed that he will come to Pakistan to promote his other imminent movies, A Flying Jatt. He shared that “I can’t tell you how thankful I am. I will not only come to Pakistan for the film’s promotion but also meet my fans,”
Whereas he told that his father, Jackie Shroff, the experienced Bollywood actor, is his inspiration. Tiger confessed that he knew a bit regarding acting prior to stepping in front of the camera. He added, “Hrithik Roshan is my ideal. I follow his acting and especially the way he dances,
He continued by saying that “The film’s success gave me confidence and I really hope that I am able to deliver the same with Baaghi,”
Tiger told that working with a childhood friend, Shraddha Kapoor made things easy, he stated, “She is the heroine of the film. Shraddha and I go back a long time … to our school days. Her presence made things fun.”
Tiger praised the talented Shraddha, she is good as she was in school, “She always won dance competitions in those days and she is still doing so well in films. I am lucky to hone my skills with her,” Tiger is hopeful that Baaghi will be another milestone in his film career.
Sabbir also added by saying that Pakistani movies are getting a foothold in the region. He also stated about his movie’s lead actor, “I had the opportunity to cast several other people but I selected Tiger for his talent and he really has proved himself in this film.” He further added that Baaghi will amuse all types of audiences, “I have tried to highlight social evils with all of my projects but this one is special in other aspects as well. The story, the music … everything is beautiful about it.”
While Shraddha wasn’t present at the conference due to sickness but an audio message from her was played.
