Two healthy soups for summer



The final thing which you think when you are losing salts and minerals all through sizzling summer is the hot food. Salads, fruits and cold soups are for all the time the good foods to hit the high temperature. Gazpacho is a cold soup and its recipe was originated in the Andalusian area of Southern Spain, is, in fact, a liquid salad of kinds. Which is made as of raw vegetables, the original recipe involved a week-old bread that was crushed with vegetables employing a mortar?

Online food delivery service Fresh Menu’s Chef Nabhojit Ghosh employs fresh fruit and vegetables along with fruit juice to make his gazpacho.

Here are these two hit recipes for the summer.

it is for 5 people.

1kg – peel off Carrot which is cut into cubes
200ml – Apple juice
800ml – orange juice which should be fresh
Salt – for taste
Pepper – for taste
A splash – Olive oil
200g – peel off English cucumber

For the garnish
1 – a little English cucumber which is cut into cubes
1 tsp – Orange zest
1 tsp – crushed parsley

places the carrots, apple juice, orange juice, salt, pepper, olive oil and English cucumber in a food processor and crushes them when it becomes gentle.
Put it in a refrigerator.
Serve it when it’s chill; decorate with cucumber, orange zest and parsley.



It is for 5 people


50g – Spring onion leaves which are smashed

1 – Garlic clove

150g – Green pepper which is smashed

1kg – English cucumber which is pee off and cubed

50g – Basil leaves

A splash – Olive oil

Salt – for taste

Pepper – for taste

For the garnish

1 tbsp – Cucumber which is cut into cubed

3-4 – Basil leaves which are chopped


Place the spring onion leaves, garlic, green pepper, English cucumber, basil leaves, olive oil, salt and pepper in a food processor and crush to create a soft purée.

Put it in a refrigerator.

Serve when it is chill, decorate with cucumber and mint.
