US averages more than One Mass Shooting per day now

MONETA: The gun violence and mass shooting incidents are increasing day by day  in the United States and now, for the year 2015, America averages more than one mass shooting incident per day.

The day (26th August) two broadcast journalists were killed during live coverage in Virginia in mass shooting incident, was 238th day of the year but it was the 247th such incident during the ongoing year so far in States.

These number count has been compiled by by the moderators of the GunsAreCool subreddit, a community of America that keep records of gun violence incidents occurred in the country.

According to the ‘Mass Shooting’ definition defined by this community is an incident in which four people are shot by gunfire at least including the shooter.

This mass shooting problem is not going to be fixed easily and early because gun rights advocates, proponents are at loggerheads over this issue with the administration and give lame justifications that it also happens in the other wealthy western countries.
