Its ironic how Dharam and Syra, who meet in the ‘city of love’, Paris, don’t believe in the constitution of love.

Mumbai: Filmmaker Aditya Chopra, who gave us the iconic film ‘Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge’, a film that celebrated the constitution of old school traditional love, comes ‘Befikre’, a modern film that glorifies ‘no string attached’ ideology starring Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor.

After teasing us with a lot of kissing stills from the film, the makers have finally released a full length trailer of ‘Befikre’. As the title suggest, the film will see Ranveer Singh’s Dharam dancing, kissing, breaking rules and having a ‘no rules, no limits’ romantic affair with Vaani Kapoor’s Syra.

Its ironic how Dharam and Syra, who meet and paint the ‘city of love’, Paris, with their sensual chemistry, don’t believe in the constitution of love. The concept, which ‘Befikre’ has to offer to us, isn’t unknown to people as the West have time and again given us films such as ‘No Strings Attached’, ‘Forgetting Sarah Marshall’, ‘What Happened in Vegas’ and many more, that celebrated the ‘no love, no drama’. But knowing Aditya Chopra and the mushy love stories that he has given us, we can surely expect ‘and they lived happily ever after’ ending.

But the film sees a new on-screen pair who looking absolutely gorgeous together. There surely is a lot of sexual tension between Ranveer’s Dharam and Vaani’s Syra which leads to a fun filled ride.

Directed by Aditya Chopra, who last helmed ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’, Befikre is set to hit the silver screens on December 9, 2016
