Looks like Nawazuddin Siddiqui is back with another piece of power-packed performance! The trailer of his upcoming release ‘Freaky Ali’ is out and this will be the first time that we will get to see that actor playing a sportsperson. Sounds interesting, doesn’t it?

Note this, it not only tales a very inspiring saga of an uphill journey, but is also hilarious in its execution. The punchlines are going to get you ROFL!

‘Freaky Ali’ is being directed by Sohail Khan. Alongside Siddiqui who plays a Golf player, the film will also feature Amy Jackson and Arbaaz Khan in pivotal roles.  It is set to hit the screens on September 9, 2016.

All You Need To Know About Sohail Khan’s Directorial ‘Freaky Ali’

In a time when Sports films are at an all time high, with audiences consuming content woven around the backdrop of sports, Sohail Khan is to treat the audience with Bollywood’s first ever Golf Film.

 Sohail Khan’s next titled Freaky Ali is a film based on the journey of Ali, an extortion debt collector to a Golfing sensation.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui will be seen playing the titular character of Ali. The film also stars Amy Jackson & Arbaaz Khan in lead roles.

Giving insights into the origin of the concept, Sohail shares, “I’ve been practising the game for the last one year and golf has taught me the virtue of patience, that’s where the concept of Freaky Ali struck me. It was delighting to have wrapped up the film in 40 days with shoots in Mumbai, Delhi and Pune and within a certain budget. This is the first time my production costs run into single digits.”

With an interesting story line, the film is set to be an inspirational story of Ali, who goes against all the odds to woo his lady love Amy Jackson and turning into a Golf Champion.

The film is all set to release on September 9th, 2016.
